Kickboxing Program
Add powerful kicking techniques to your boxing skills. This class will do some karate & tae kwon do kicks but is mostly Muay Thai (Moo-ee Tie) style training, which includes Thai kicks, knees & elbows. Expect lots of bag work and partner drills.
Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm
Saturday at 11:30am
Equipment required boxing gloves, handwraps, shin guards, jump rope and water bottle.
