Learn the punches, combination's, counters, footwork and body movement of Boxing, “the sweet science”. Includes partner drills plus lots of bag & mitt work. Great workout included.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10:30am
Monday thru Friday at 12:30pm
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 4:30pm
Monday thru Thursday at 7:30pm
Saturday at 12:30pm (teens only) and 1:30pm (adults)
Equipment required boxing gloves, handwraps, jump rope, bottle water and a towel. Boxing shoes are optional.
